I love this digital painting I’ve done of the horse statue in winter on the roundabout next to the July Racecourse at Newmarket. This image started life as a photograph which was taken out of a car window whilst whizzing round at speed, chasing a sunset. I then painted it in Illustrator and even taught myself a new technique for drawing the chain links.
